STARTER TEMPLATE: SUCCESS STORIES (PROBLEM, APPROACH/FRAMEWORK, OUTCOME)
WHAT KIND OF WORK AND OUTCOMES WE ACHIEVE?

Success Stories

Real Businesses. Real Results.

Every story here starts with a problem surmounted. Browse by service or outcome. Ensure that it is significant and differentiates you vs competitors.

* Replace headline with your actual positioning — e.g. “From Stuck to Scaling” or “The Results Speak for Themselves”.

TRUSTED BY:

Replace each logo box with real client logos. This section is valid only if permission has been secured and or comfortable competitors can contact them.

Replace filter labels with your actual service names and industries (e.g. ‘Marketing’, ‘Operations’, ‘Retail’, ‘Healthcare’). For live filtering, use Elementor Pro’s Loop Grid with custom taxonomy filters, or a free plugin like ‘Filter Everything’. Static tabs like these work fine for under 12 stories.

Service TagIndustry

The situation before: one sentence describing the client’s challenge.

Outcome-first headline — what changed for this client

1–2 sentences summarising the approach and the result. Keep it specific enough to be credible, brief enough to make them want to read more.

Story Card Checklist (do this for every card):
1. Image: Use a real photo — client headshot, their office/team, or a relevant industry visual. Never use stock photos of generic business people.
2. Tags: Match exactly to your filter labels above so filtering works.
3. Situation before (italic line): This is the most important line on the card. e.g. “A growing consultancy spending 12 hours/week on manual reporting.” Without it, the result has no weight.
4. Headline: Lead with the outcome, not the service. “Halved admin time in 3 weeks” beats “Operations Improvement Project”.
5. Metrics: Use real numbers. If you don’t have 3 metrics yet, use 1 real one and remove the others. A single honest number beats 3 placeholder zeros.
6. Link: Points to a dedicated story page (or anchor if single-page). Add this URL once story pages are built.

The Challenge

Describe the client’s situation before working with you. Be specific — what were they struggling with, how long had it been a problem, and what had they already tried? 2–3 sentences. This is where empathy lives.

The Approach

Describe what you did and why. What was your specific approach? What made it different from what they’d tried before? 2–3 sentences. Avoid jargon — describe it as you’d explain it to a friend.

Client Recommendation:
“Write the client’s own words here. A result-focused quote that describes what changed for them — ideally referencing a specific outcome or feeling. 1–2 sentences.”

Client Name  ·  Job Title, Company

Featured Story: Choose your best client story, ideally the one most relevant to your primary target client. This is the story you’d send to a warm lead before a sales call. The structure is fixed: Challenge → Approach → Outcome → Quote. Do not skip sections. The quote must be the client’s actual words, not a paraphrase. Replace the avatar initials with a real headshot once available. Update the 3 result metrics to reflect real outcomes — remove any you can’t back up.

What our Clients Say

Aggregated results across all client engagements. Replace with real numbers once you have them.

00%

Aggregate Metric Headline

One line of context — e.g. average improvement across all clients in this area.

00+

Aggregate Metric Headline

One line of context — e.g. total combined outcome delivered across the client base.

00%

Aggregate Metric Headline

One line of context — e.g. highlight your strongest proof point here.

00x

Aggregate Metric Headline

One line of context — e.g. multiplier or return on investment across engagements.

Use metrics stats that are meaningful and defensible. e.g. “Average 40% reduction in admin time across 23 clients” is powerful. “00%” is a placeholder, don’t publish until these are real. If you’re early stage and don’t have aggregated data yet, replace this section with a 3-column “What Our Clients Consistently Say” grid using qualitative themes instead of numbers.
